To secure your spot, you need to book your room as soon as possible. We have 75 rooms blocked for our group, but they are on a first come, first serve basis. The last day to book is Sunday, March 1, 2026, or once the block is full, whichever comes first.

The special group rate is $110 USD per night, plus taxes and fees. The mini code does not work when it is manually typed into the Hotel web page.  Any guests booking online must use the link above to place their reservation under the group block. The web link will automatically pull the group’s special rate.  You can also call the hotel directly at (601) 936-4550 ext 1 when prompted and mention the mini code E26 to get this rate.

Business Session Dress:  “Business Casual” (slacks and shirt) will be the dress during the day. Dress for the Board of Directors and Executive Board will be “Business Dress,” coat and tie for men, business dress for ladies. Dress for the Banquet will be Military Dress uniform, Class A, or optional “Formal Wear,” business suit and evening dress for ladies.
