MSgt Charles H. “Hank” Fairchild II entered the Mississippi Air National Guard on March 2, 2002 and is currently the Logistics Plans Superintendent for the 186th Logistics Readiness Squadron at Key Field – Meridian, home of the 186th Air Refueling Wing. After beginning his career in Aircraft Maintenance, MSgt Fairchild joined the AGR program in February 2012 as the Maintenance Group Unit Deployment Manager and Resource Advisor, eventually transferring to his current position in the Logistics Plans office in May of 2016.
President Fairchild has served the Enlisted Association for over fifteen years, starting as a local chapter director and eventually becoming President, as well as State Director, State Vice President-Air, and now State President. Hank has also served on various committees and teams for EANGMS & the national association-EANGUS. He still calls the Meridian area home where he and his wife Amy, and children Ruby, Sadie and Henry reside in Bailey, MS. He serves in multiple roles at Collinsville First Baptist Church as a Deacon, Sunday School teacher, and praise team member.
